Hello, Cayuse Prairie families!

I am THRILLED to be the office manager at our amazing school!  The 2025-26 school year will be my ninth year at Cayuse as a full-time employee.  Before becoming the office manager, I was a substitute and volunteer for six years. I have deep roots at Cayuse Prairie!  This is where I attended school from Kindergarten to 8th grade.  So altogether, I can tell the students that I have been at Cayuse for 24 years!  My dad, aunts, and uncles are all Cayuse Prairie alumni, and my grandparents, the Snells, were very involved in all aspects of the school for many years, as well.  It has been a second home!

I attended Flathead High School and FVCC, where I received an Associate of Applied Science degrees in Business Management and Marketing. I spent my young adult years in retail management.  Twenty-eight years ago, I married my high school sweetheart, Ryder, and we have two awesome adult kiddos, Sydney and Joey, who are also Cayuse Prairie alumni. 

My favorite hobbies are volunteering at Eastside Grange or church, reading, cooking, aromatherapy, scrapbooking, photography, and genealogy/local history research.  I love learning new things!

As a substitute, I loved the flexibility of my schedule, I loved getting to know every individual student, and I loved getting to experience “walking in someone else's shoes”.  It gave me a deep appreciation for the trials and triumphs of those who have dedicated their lives to elementary education. Every day as a sub was an adventure!  Now that my children are older, I am so excited and grateful for the opportunity to dedicate myself to working with the children, parents, and staff at Cayuse Prairie School.
