Please note:

• This is a two-step process; you will be sent an email with instructions for Step 2 after completing the Step 1 short form.
• All students must pre-register by December 6th.
• You do not have to attach the attachments if you attend Cayuse Prairie, as they will be transferred with records at the end of the school year.
